Returns & Exchanges

 

To return a product, you must first submit the return request within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

To return a product, it must be new, without signs of use, and the original packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Upon returning the product, our team will evaluate it and either accept or deny the return. Notification will be sent via email.

It is very important to protect the product and the packaging when making a return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or to request compensation if the product or the packaging arrives damaged.

When you request the return through the form, you will receive a document and this must be included in the return package. If the package is received without the return form, it will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges within the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands are 7€.

The cost of return or exchange for shipments to the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe is 15 €.
