Are the products sold in newcop new and authentic?

All the items we sell on the website or in our store are new and authentic. Our team of workers, with extensive experience in this sector, checks them before they are sent to ensure their authenticity and that they are in perfect condition.

Do all products come new and with original packaging?

All products are always delivered with their original packaging and with all the accessories that are included.

How does the delivery work?

We ship to all of Europe (except Russia).
If the product is in stock in our warehouses, it will be delivered within 48-72 hours (working days).
In the event that we do not have the product at the time of sale, we will look for it in the market among our sales team and it will be sent within 7 to 14 business days.

Can I change or cancel a product?

Can I return a product?

You can request the return of an order within 14 calendar days. You can review our return policy for all the details.

The returned product must be unused, with all accessories and in its original box.

The cost of the return is €10 and must be paid before the product is shipped. Once payment is received, the shipping label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

When the return is processed and accepted, the money will be refunded to the same payment method.
