Are the products sold at new cop new and authentic?
All the items we sell on the website or in our store are new and authentic. Our team of workers, with a long experience in this sector, verifies them before shipping to ensure their authenticity and that they are in perfect condition.
Do all products come new and in original packaging?
All products are always delivered in their original packaging and with all accessories included.
How does the delivery work?
We ship all over Europe (except Russia).
If the product is in stock in our warehouses, it will be delivered within 48-72 hours (working days).
In the event that we do not have the product available at the time of sale, we will search the marketplace for it among our team of sellers and it will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days.
Can I exchange or cancel a product?

Can I return a product?
You may request the return of an order within 14 calendar days. You can review our return policy for full details.
The returned product must be unused, with all accessories and in its original box.
The cost of the return is €10 and must be paid before the product is shipped. When payment is received, a shipping label will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.
When the return is processed and accepted, the money will be refunded to the same payment method.
