At NEWCOP we are passionate about what we do. Starting with the employees of the stores we have open in Spain, to those we will soon open in the European market.

While we remain focused on carrying out our long-term strategies and developing our competitive advantage, it is very important to play by the rules and embrace our core values, which guide our behavior day to day. Our first core value, integrity, is the foundation of everything we do. Each of us must stay true to our values and we must never lose sight of the importance of acting ethically and with integrity.

 

To this end, the company has established a Business Code of Conduct to help us all comply with the substance and form of the law and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in our business relationships. The Code does not cover every single issue that may arise, but rather sets out basic principles that serve as a guide for all of us.

 

In our daily professional activities, I urge you to read the Code very carefully to review our policies and principles and to consult the Code throughout the coming year as you perform your duties for the Company.

 

We have a channel that serves to ask questions you may not be clear about, and to report any problem or issue if at any time you find something that you believe may be inappropriate or contrary to our values. There will be no retaliation for asking questions or reporting any doubts in good faith.

 

We must feel proud of our Company and the reputation that we have earned with so much effort. We should never jeopardize our reputation or that of the Company by acting, whether individually or as a company, in a way that is inconsistent with our core values. 

 

We will never compromise our legal and ethical principles to meet our financial objectives or achieve personal gain, and we must ensure that the company's reputation is always respected.

 

I appreciate all the hard work, dedication, and effort you show every day. Our success depends on the effort of each one of us, working together and supporting each other as a team in a culture of honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility.
