Exchanges and returns

To return a product, you must first submit a return request within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, and free from any signs of wear. The original packaging must also be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Once the product is received, our team will evaluate it and either approve or reject the return. You will be notified by email.

It is essential to properly protect both the product and its packaging when shipping the return.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or request compensation if the product or its packaging arrives damaged.

After submitting the return request through the form, you will receive a document that must be included inside the package. Returns received without the return form will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands have a cost of €7.

The cost for returns or exchanges to the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe is €15.

Any shipment that is rejected or not collected by the recipient will incur return and handling costs, as well as possible additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

You cannot know from the product page whether the item will be shipped from France or from Spain, so you must go to the checkout page and select the shipping country; the system will show you the shipping costs according to the location from which the product is sent.

If no specific delivery date is indicated for a particular country or type of shipment, the estimated time will be up to 15 days from the confirmation of shipment.

The usual delivery time for your order may be affected during special periods, such as Christmas, sale campaigns, or special promotions, due to the high volume of shipments.

Our stock is distributed across different warehouses, so if your order includes several items, it may be sent in more than one package.

Shipments made to States or Territories belonging to the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA) are not subject to customs charges.

Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Norway may be subject to the application of customs fees and taxes, which must be borne by the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying the corresponding taxes in these territories (such as, for example, the IGIC in the Canary Islands), as well as any customs fee or tax that may be required by the tax authorities.

For shipments made outside the European Union, any cost, tax, or customs fee, as well as the taxes applicable in the destination country, will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

VAT will not be refundable on international sales.

Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or military bases.

Currently, there are some countries to which we do not ship, as customs difficulties prevent us from guaranteeing an optimal delivery experience. However, we continue working to expand the list of available destinations.
