UGG Tazz are house slippers that UGG designed to wear out on the street too: a laceless suede slipper with the collar finished in UGGbraid and a platform that adds around 4.4 cm. The version we currently have is the UGG Tazz II, with the same low silhouette and several recycled or plant-based materials.

How the UGG Tazz platform is made

Inside they have a 10 mm sheepskin lining and insole, which feels snug at first and compresses with wear until it takes the shape of your foot. The braid around the collar is recycled polyester. The sole is sugarcane-based EVA with a rocker shape: your foot rolls forward instead of landing flat with every step. For the height it gives, it weighs very little.

Tazz II colours and how to wear them

Chestnut and Sand are the classic colours and the easiest with jeans, knit trousers or leggings. If you already have a brown pair, Dried Oregano, Portobello or Light Bronze give you more options, and the Tazz Plains Leopard swaps the plain suede for animal print. In autumn they look good with chunky socks on show; in the depths of winter, with wide-leg trousers falling over the platform.
