Returns
Return Request
To return a product, you must request the return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
We do not offer exchanges for orders placed through the website. If you want a different size or model, you must request a return and place a new order.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be new and without signs of use.
- Include the original packaging in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Be properly protected during the return shipment.
We reserve the right to reject the return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
Once the product is received, our team will evaluate the condition of the item and accept or reject the return. The decision will be communicated by email.
Return Form
Once the return is requested through the corresponding form, you will receive a document that must be included inside the package.
Returns received without this form cannot be accepted.

Return Costs
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 7 €
- Canary Islands and rest of Europe: 15 €
The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs, if any.
Any shipment rejected or not received by the recipient may generate return and handling fees, as well as possible additional costs such as local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.

Remember to bring the product with its original box or bag, without the outer shipping box.
Refund
Once the condition of the item is verified and approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
