Changes and Returns
Return request
To return a product, you must request the return within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Exchanges
Orders shipped to may request a size or model exchange for a cost of €7.
For the Canary Islands and other countries, we do not offer exchanges. Only returns are accepted in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be new and show no signs of use.
- Include the original packaging in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- Be properly protected during return shipping.
We reserve the right to reject the return or request compensation if the product or packaging arrives damaged.
Once the product has been received, our team will assess the condition of the item and accept or reject the return. The decision will be communicated by email.
Return form
Once you request a return or exchange using the relevant form, you will receive a document that must be included inside the package.
Returns or exchanges received without this form cannot be accepted.

Return and exchange costs
- Exchanges in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €7
- Returns in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €7
- Returns in the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe: €15
The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs, if applicable.
Any shipment refused or not received by the recipient may incur return and handling fees, as well as possible additional costs such as local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.

Remember to bring the product with its original box or bag, without the outer shipping box.
Refund
Once the condition of the item has been verified and approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
