At NEWCOP we are passionate about what we do. From the employees in the stores we have open in Spain, to those we will soon open in the European market.

While we remain focused on carrying out our long-term strategies and developing our competitive edge, it is very important to play by the rules and embrace our key values, which guide our behavior day to day. Our first key value, honesty, is the foundation of everything we do. Each of us must stay true to our values and never lose sight of the importance of acting ethically and with integrity.

 

To this end, the company has established a Business Conduct Code to help us all comply with the spirit and letter of the law and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in our business relationships. The Code does not cover every single issue that may arise, but sets out basic principles that serve as a guide for all of us.

 

In our daily professional activities, I urge you to read the Code carefully to review our policies and principles and to consult the Code throughout the coming year as you carry out your duties for the Company.

 

We have a channel to ask questions you may have, and to report any problem or issue if at any time you find something you believe may be improper or contrary to our values. There will be no retaliation for asking questions or reporting concerns in good faith.

 

We should feel proud of our Company and the reputation we have earned through so much effort. We must never jeopardize our reputation or that of the Company by acting, whether individually or as a company, in a way that is inconsistent with our key values. 

 

We will never compromise our legal and ethical principles to meet our financial goals or gain personal profit, and we must ensure that the company’s reputation is always respected.

Our success depends on the effort of each of us, working together and supporting each other as a team in a culture of honesty, integrity, respect, and responsibility.
