NEWCOP Shipping Policy

1. Shipping destinations

We only ship to European countries. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Order processing

Orders placed on working days before 13:00 (Spanish mainland time) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 13:00, at weekends or on public holidays are shipped the next working day before 13:00.

3. Delivery times

- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 1-2 working days.
- Rest of the European Union: 2-5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and countries outside the European Union: delivery may take longer due to customs procedures.

Delivery times are approximate and are counted from when your order leaves our warehouse. Slight delays may occur during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas).

4. Home delivery and pickup points

Our standard shipping service is home delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery or the parcel cannot be received, the carrier may, depending on the case, leave the order at a nearby pickup point. In that case, you will receive a notice from the carrier with the pickup point's address and the deadline for collecting it.

We recommend keeping an eye on the carrier's notifications and collecting your parcel within the stated deadline. If the order is not collected in time and the carrier returns it to our warehouse, the original shipping costs and the related return costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount. For orders with free shipping, only the return-related costs will be charged.

5. Shipping costs

- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €3.95. Free on orders from €100.
- Portugal (mainland and the Azores): €4.95. Free on orders from €100.
- France, Germany and Italy: €7.95. Free on orders from €170.
- Rest of Europe: €10.95. Free on orders from €170.
- Canary Islands: €20.
- Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta and Albania: €40.
- Madeira: €50.

Some products may have specific shipping conditions. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Customs and taxes

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union may be subject to duties, import taxes (such as IGIC or local VAT) and customs clearance fees. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility, payable to the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

7. Undelivered or refused orders

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. If an order is refused, not collected (including from a pickup point, see section 4) or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, shipping and return costs, as well as any duties or taxes incurred, may be deducted from your refund. For orders with free shipping, only the return-related costs will be deducted, plus any duties or taxes incurred.
