Description

Soft gray and a warm sole: the Adidas BW Army Decon Dove Grey Gum takes adidas's military sneaker into a dove gray, with the gum sole as contrast and the exposed finishes of the Decon version.

The original BW Army was made in the '70s and '80s for West German army recruits. The Decon version deconstructs it: visible stitching and raw edges that give it a more handcrafted feel.

Gray with gum goes with almost everything. Try it with gray pleated trousers, a white tee and a brown jacket; with dark-blue jeans, a cream sweater and an olive overshirt; or with beige cargo pants, a nod to its military roots.

Clean the upper with a soft brush and a barely damp cloth. The gum sole cleans up with water and mild soap.
