Adidas Women's Handball Spezial Aurora Coffee Sandy Pink

Coffee brown and dusty pink: the Adidas Mujer Handball Spezial Aurora Coffee Sandy Pink brings together two colours you rarely see together on a trainer, and here they get along very well. Aurora Coffee adds depth, Sandy Pink softens it and the gum sole provides the usual contrast.

It keeps what defines the original 1979 Spezial: low profile, T-toe, Spezial logo with Trefoil on the tongue and the name printed in gold on the side.

• Upper: leather suede
• Insole: synthetic
• Outsole: gum rubber
• Fastening: laces
• Style code: IH1507

Combinations that work: a beige satin midi skirt with a fine pale pink jumper; light straight jeans with a fine-striped shirt and a trench coat; or a chocolate brown tracksuit if you want to be comfortable. Gold accessories connect with the lettering on the side. If your socks are on show, choose white or cream so as not to dull the pink.

Suede in soft colours benefits from a protector spray from day one. If it gets stained, let it dry and then brush it; do not rub while wet.
