Off-white with earthy touches: the Adidas Handball Spezial Off-White Earth Strata Gum combines a light base with details in Earth Strata, a warm brown, finished with a gum sole.

The Spezial launched in 1979 as a handball shoe for Europe's indoor courts. From that era it keeps the T-toe, the suede upper and the low profile that define it today.

The light, warm palette goes with almost everything. Wear it with washed straight-leg jeans, a light knit sweater and a relaxed jacket; with wide pants, a basic tee and a simple overshirt; or with a brown midi skirt and a cream cardigan for a tonal look. With white socks the look is cleaner.

Brush the suede dry with a dedicated brush and protect it with a waterproof spray before the first wear. The gum sole cleans with water and mild soap.
